Walrus And Octopus Designer Chairs by Maximo Riera

Here’s a unique seat design with various shapes inspired by the forms of animals. Designer Maximo Riera takes inspiration from the animals that look wild and give a black color to display a character of the owner of this furniture.  As we can see the sculptural seating entities retain the vitality of the animals which they represent, staying true to their biology and appearance.

This work demonstrates influences from the Pop Art movements and abstract expressionism.

Such chairs are really odd but they would fit a surrealistic interior, Rhino and Walrus seat of the chair bizarre I’ve ever seen.

Lion, Beetle and Whale Chairs are coming soon in the collection. Each piece is limited to 20 copies.
