MOMA current exhibition: Isa Genzken
“Isa Genzken’s Retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art, organized by a royal flush of curators is one of the best major shows the museum has put on in a long time. Sculptors especially will find much of interest in Ms. Genzken’s approach to materials, and those curious about German postwar art have a lot to celebrate in the show, which puts on view many works never before seen for the first time in the U.S.” Via: Design Museum
Architecture and reading: University of Coimbra’s Library
Fan of arquitecture and of reading, then this library is just perfect for you. “The General Library of the University of Coimbra is devided between a new building built in 1962, and by the historical Joanina Library built in 1725. The Joanina Library is adorned with Baroque décor and houses the library’s volumes that date from before 1800.” Via:Design Limited Edition

Buy yourself one and hide from the world while being stylish (lots of ish here – however the sculptures are amazing!) “The selection of extravagant wearable art pieces are informed by the likes of rocket missiles and tree roots in an effort to articulate the spirit of human movement through color, texture and sculpture.” Via: I Lobo You
